 I downloaded the program to see if I could capture frames from a video a friend sent me in JPEG format so I could print some of the photos. Either the program wouldn\'t work in Windows 7 or I don\'t know how to use it, so I uninstalled it.

 Not all conversions work When I converted a folder containing 20 movie files of the .avi format, Crazi said all were converted but when I read the folder with my Xbox360, only 8 of the files showed as being playable.
